There is an outside shower plus all lawn furniture, hammocks and BBQ. We offer cable color TV with app. 50 stations from the US and around the world, cassette- radio & CD player; so bring your music. Changeover Day:
Seidy Villarreal is our full time employee in Tamarindo . She is a native of the small pueblo Villiareal ( family of original founders ) located close by. A sweet lady, that has proven her reliably and confidence over the years. Seidy will be cleaning the house, maintaining the yard and will be more than happy to prepare fresh style Costa Rican food for you, laundry your clothes and clean the kitchen several times a day. See list of dishes. May we suggest as a tipping guide for her, $ 3.00 per person per day. She will perform your check-in and out and you must coordinate your check -out time (no later than 12:00 noon), and return keys to her. If you have a check in later than 4:00PM, she will have to stay longer, so please tip her for the extra effort..There will be a $50.00 US fee charged for late checkouts, $50 fee charged for each set of lost keys and a $100.00 US charge for the lost safety box key.
