Our beautiful Florida villa is situated on a quiet residential circle of houses called Wellington Lakes in South Fort Myers. Our detached lake front home has 4 beds, 3 baths, fully equipped kitchen, separate utility room, family room, dining room, patio and private pool under a wide screened lanai. Our home is just 7 minutes drive to beaches, restaurants, shops and the bridges to Sanibel and Captiva Island. A 20 mile trip south will take you through Bonita Springs and into Naples with its designer shops, great restaurants and beaches.

$995.00/£550.00 per week January thru December.Pool heat is available at an extra charge of $95.00/£65.00 per week.A 20% (non-refundable) deposit is required to secure your booking. The final balance is due 8 weeks before your vacation start date. The rental price includes Florida State taxes, cable TV, local phone calls, all utilities and cleaning fees. A booking form and booking conditions will be sent to you to complete and return signed together with a map of the area showing our location.
