The property is a spacious 4 bedroom, 2½ bathroom, executive villa with private pool that can accommodate up to 10 people.

The ground floor comprises of a reception area, two living rooms, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, washroom, laundry room and master bedroom with en-suite. The reception and main living area are under a vaulted ceiling and the open plan arrangement gives the house a bright, spacious atmosphere.

The first floor comprises of 2 large twin set rooms, 1 full double room and a family bathroom.

To the rear of the property there is a large private screened pool with covered lanai, table and chairs and spacious pool deck with sun loungers, which can be accessed from both the main living area and the patio doors in the master suite. The pool is not over looked by any other properties and has superb views of the surrounding conservation area.
