Surrounding Area: This is a recently converted provencal style apartment in a charming cul de sac. The owners live in the house next door and are British. The property has its own access and benefits from a covered terrace and larger shared terraced area which is safe for children. Cannes La Bocca is a suburb of Cannes. It is a French neighbourhood and is less austentatious than the Croisette area of Cannes. There is a great market daily, lots of local bars, restaurant and shops but you have the convenience of a train within three minutes walk which serves central Cannes and all the resorts on the Cote d'Azur including Nice and Monaco. Ideal for those wanting to dip a toe into the glamourous Riviera without the hefty tarriff.

The owners make every effort to maximise your enjoyment of the accommodation and the region. We are at your service as we live next door and are happy to advise you about places to see/eat etc. We also offer accommodation for the major congresses in Cannes - Film Festival, MIPIM etc.

Booking Notes:
We accept enquiries by email or by phone. We are happy to respond to any enquiry in detail with no obligation. If you would like to book we require a 20% non refundable deposit and the balance within 8 weeks of your proposed vacation. We reccommend that guests have approporiate travel insurance as we regret that as a small business we are unable to make refunds once a commitment is made. We do not require a security bond as most of our guests are on a tight budget and we rely on the honesty of guests if there are breakages. We have never had to review this policy and hope we will never have cause to! We will listen to your complaints/suggestions and act on any immediately since we live next door.

Changeover Day:
Change over is Saturday unless there is a prior arrangement. We expect guests to vacate by 10:00 and check in is 16:00 or later. If this does not fit in with your schedule we are happy to keep your luggage and issue keys but occupation is strictly within these times to allow for cleaning/reservicing.
