All booking enquiries to be made directly with the owners. A 15% deposit will be required to hold the apartment. The full payment will be required 4 weeks prior to occupancy.

Changeover Day:
All change-overs will occur on Saturdays. Departing tenents are required to vacate the apt before 10.00hrs and arriving tenents can occupy not before 1400hrs. A deposit of €100 will be required when final payments are submitted, which is returnable if no damages or breakages occur.
