A 20% deposit if required when booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before travel. A security deposit of £100.00 is payable with the final payment and refundable after the caretakers have inspected on departure

Changeover Day:
Change over day is usually Saturday but can be flexible depending on other bookings. If the stay is for over 2 weeks a weekly clean and change of linen is done.
