Villa 'La Citronneraie' (10 to 16 persons) is a modern and luxury holiday rentals home, panoramically located in the green hills directly surrounding the centre of cosmopolitan Nice. From the villa you have many great views; from the deep blue Mediterranean Sea to the Southern Alps and from the city of Nice itself to the mountains that surround Monaco. It is only a 5 minutes drive to the beach, the famous 'Promenade des Anglais' and the cosy Nice city centre. The villa (floorspace over 300 sq meters!) has recently been renovated and newly decorated. 'La Citronneraie' has a large living-room with in the evening view over the enlightened city of Nice. Furthermore the villa has an Italian designed fully equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms and 6 ensuite bathrooms.

Outside the house there is an enlightened private swimming pool, a big heated jacuzzi / hot-tub with sea-view, many terraces, a pool-house, a garage and a large 3500 sq. meters tropical garden with palms and many fruit trees ( a lot of privacy!).
