Long term rental rates are available on request. Availability all year and change-over days are flexible. 20% deposit on booking, balance 8 weeks prior to holiday. An additional £200 damage deposit cheque is payable with the final balance and will be refunded within 14 days subject to the apartment inspection. Prices inclusive of all utilities, air-conditioning and Clube facilities. Apartment is available from 3pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on departure day. Change-over day flexible. Please bring own beach and pool towels. Airport transfers available 80-100Euros return dependant on size of party (payable locally) Any bookings cancelled within 8 weeks of departure for feit deposit.
