GINESTRA is the name of this 2 level apartment.
It occupies 75 m² and has two rooms. On round floor: 1 living room with fireplace, TV sat, double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen corner (4 plates, gas, refrigerator, ice compartment, electric oven), dining table for 4, washing-machine. On the first floor you can find: 1 large double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, WC. Single heating with counter, bedding, towels and tablecloths are provided in every apartment. In the environments a refined and welcoming atmosphere in the yellow tonalities. It sleeps 2+2.


The apartment Ginestra is 1 of 5 units (each from 2 to 6 guests), situated inside a medieval prestigious building.

The Villa
This impressive stone manor house, dating back to the 13th century, has been recently converted into a charm and refined country vacation rentals, where the subtle pastel shades, together with the carefully selected furnishings, contrast perfectly with the severity of the stone, the red-baked floor tiles, the wood and the wrought iron to create a personal and pleasant ambience which appears fresh and new.
Now the Country House Torre del Guado, sat in beautifully maintained and equipped gardens, is an elegant holiday farmhouse, located in panoramic position amidst the green and picturesque landscape of Tuscany, at northeast of Arezzo and close to Umbria.

LOCATION
The location of the holiday home , at 3 sqm from Sansepolcro and 29 sqm from Arezzo, not far from Siena, on the edge of the Chianti wine region and of Umbria, is a perfect base for visiting Rome and many cities of art of Tuscany (Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Cortona etc.) and Umbria (Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia...). They all are easily accessible through the nearby E45 speedway, situated only 3 kms from the villa, and A1 highway 34 kms far.

The perfect environment for natural beauty and relaxation, visitors to the holiday Villa Torre del Guado can enjoy relaxing swims in the pool or pleasant hiking and cycling trips around the stunning landscape of the tall valley or along the Tiber shores.
** For history-lovers** there are many less known small historical towns/villages (Anghiari, Sansepolcro, Citta' di Castello, etc.) with Museums, Cultural sites, Etruscan tombs, Roman remains and medieval city-centres and for art-lovers there are Signorelli, Perugino, Pinturicchio frescos in addition to the 'Piero della Francesca trail' around Arezzo, Sansepolcro & Monterchi. There are a number of music festivals in the region, including Umbria Jazz in Perugia in July.
