To reserve, requires the payment of the first month's fee, plus a once only final cleaning charge of $155-. Payment of a $1,000- refundable security deposit required, no later than occupancy. Payment by way of cash, traveller's cheques, money order, or by direct bank to bank deposit. Contract is non-cancellable, but for a $250- admin. fee, we will attempt to find a replacement client for you.

Changeover Day:
Occupy no later than 3 pm on 1st day of contract, and vacate suite no later than 10 am on your last day.
