Our Puerto Vallarta beach front vacation rental condominium is located in the Sea River Tower which is on the grounds of the Holiday Inn. It is approximately 730 square feet. It was recently completely remodeled. It has a new air conditioner (August 2005), one bedroom with a king-size bed, one bath, living room, dining room, with cable TV, and a balcony with ocean, mountain, and city views. The partial kitchen includes a two-burner stove, sink, full-size refrigerator, and microwave.

All dishes and pots and pans including a coffee pot, toaster, juicer, and blender are provided as well as bed linens and towels. One of the couches in the living room is custom designed to make into a comfortable queen-size sleeper. All furniture and appliances are new and our condominium is decorated with a Mexican flare. You will have access to all the amenities of the Holiday Inn including 15% off food and beverages. The maid cleans two times per week.

From our large 15th floor balcony the view is fantastic! You can see downtown Puerto Vallarta, the south shore mountains, and the wide expanse of the bay. We often see dolphins playing off shore. Our balcony is a great place to watch the fireworks from the pirate ship as well as the glorious nightly sunsets. The bus to town stops right in front of the Holiday Inn and is a short ride to downtown or you can catch a taxi. It is usually quiet and peaceful. In the winter when you can leave the balcony doors open you can hear the waves crashing at night and watch whales in the daytime.
