It's just a short walk to one of the best beaches in Florida (remember to see one of the best sunsets in the country whilst sipping Champagne!!), or if you prefer, stay in and enjoy the private, heated swimming pool, with it's tropical setting, which has a favorable southern exposure.
The property is located on a quiet street, and is less than ½ mile to all conveniences - groceries, movie theatre, restaurants, ice cream parlor, and more. You'll find our vacation property has central air conditioning, new bedding, bed and bath linen and a fully-equipped kitchen including toaster, oven, blender, microwave, etc.
High speed internet access, cable TV/VCR's in each room, phone service and ceiling fans are located in all rooms. A spacious, open-floor plan make this property perfect for gathering with your family and friends. The living room contains a queen-sized sleeper sofa, couch and 2 large recliners. Also, there is plenty of space for meals with a separate dining room and eat-in kitchen with French doors to the pool and covered lanai which also features a large table and seating. The master bedroom, with private bath, king-size bed, walk-n closet and sliding glass doors to the pool is located on one side of the house. The second bedroom, with a queen size bed and the third bedroom, with twin beds are located on the other side of the house.

Come and relax in our lovely home and let your vacation be all that you want it to be! Amenities: Don't waste time thinking of what to bring because we have it all - full size washer and dryer, highchair, other convenience baby items, gas grill, 4 TVs (one in each bedroom), VCR/DVD with big LCD Screen, fishing poles, movies, books, video games, board games, bikes, puzzles, beach chairs, towels and toys.
Nearby attractions: Marco Island offers activities for all ages, including biking, golfing, jet skiing, parasailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, tennis, a running course, a covered playground, and more. The Island offers a wide variety of entertainment, including jazz, country, top 40, music of 40's 50's 60's, as well as a comedy club. When you arrive, you'll find the latest edition of the Marco Island Eagle waiting for you, describing the current Island activities and entertainment. There is a public boat ramp very close to 1010 Valley. The public boat ramp is at Caxambas Park, 909 Collier Court. This is exactly one mile. There is a Marina shop at the Park that handles questions and has supplies. Their phone number is (239) 642-0004?.
The island also has a large boat rental facility for those wanting a little more of an adventurous trip.
The South public beach access is at the intersection of Collier Boulevard and Swallow Avenue -- about half a mile from 1010 Valley. In the garage is a cart with wheels that can be loaded with chairs, etc and wheeled to the beach or there is a parking lot at the intersection of SeaGrape and Swallow for $8 a day.
