Villa Hikaru sits on a high sandy knoll with a commanding sea view. A walkway leads down past a sunning terrace, a 50-foot lap pool, a tennis court and a thatched-hut gazebo directly onto the beach. In calm weather, there is good snorkeling from the front of the house 300 yards west through a coral garden to what we call the "surfing beach" -- because when the wind is up, there's moderately good body-surfing. Up the beach to the east is the fishing harbor; you'll see the boats come home from our patio, and can walk down to photograph and help buy fish and lobster for your table.
Our (superb!) cook-housekeeper and maid will cook and serve all meals, pick up after you and make you feel at home.
