To secure booking a deposit of £100 p.w. is required.The balance plus a security cheque of £200 should be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.The security cheque is returned following confirmation from our management company of no breakages or damage.( usually within a week ).Please note prices are inclusive of all taxes but a fee of £80 for cleaning is added to the final balance.Pool heating if required is a further £80 per week.
