Welcome our luxury 2 bedroomed Rental Condo at Stone Creek Fernie, it ideally positioned for a great ski or summer break. Fernie has fantastic snow fall, an average of 29 foot a year, and often gets wonderful dry powder snow.

  

Our condo at Stone Creek Fernie BC Canada is in a lovely position and is only 3-4 minutes walk to the the ski lifts, and you can ski back in. It is beautifully equipped and maintained with everything you need for a lovely holiday. The balcony where the hot tub is situated is not overlooked and is great for relaxing.
The unit accommodates 4 comfortably and can take 6 easily. The unit is fully cleaned prior to your arrival with linen and towels supplied. We are sure you will enjoy your stay.

We also own a 3 bedroom condo (#14) property at Stone Creek just 30 yards from this so if you require a larger condo or need more accomodation please take a look, or ask us for details.

Our rates are very competitive being at least 20% lower than rental agencies most of the time.

A 25% deposit is required when booking, and final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. When booking you agree to our policies and payment of a refundable $250 Damage Waiver Deposit.

Booking Notes:
If you book for less than 3 days then an additional fee of $60 is required to cover cleaning costs. Internet access is a reasonably fast 100kbps dial up and we just charge $15 per week or part for its use to cover cost. It is password protected, which we supply if you request it.

Changeover Day:
Arrival after 16:00 and Departure prior to 10:00 to allow our staff time to clean
