Hairdryer. The third bedroom has twin beds and south facing windows overlooking the pool. All beds have feather and duck down duvets and pillows (2 per person); fine cotton sheets; fluffy colour-toned towels for each guest. Pool-towels are supplied. There is a digital safe. Additionally, 2 anti-allergen pillows and 1 anti-allergen duvet are avilable on request. *Wooden drop-sided cot with Coolmax mattress, wooden high/low chair and wooden playpen are available for a supplement.

Booking Notes:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental is payable on booking. The remainder is at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £250 is required to cover any breakages or damage that may occur to the property or its contents during the rental. This sum, less any damages, will be refunded within 10 days after completion of the rental period. Supplements apply: underfloor heating, cot, high-chair, baby monitor, extra guests.

Changeover Day:
*Saturday change-over during high-season.Flexible change-over day, off season. *Arrivals should be after 4pm. Departure before10am. Other times by arrangement. There is an additional charge for arrivals and / or departures taking place after 6pm of 10GBP.
