The pool is 8 x 4 and has roman steps with a rail for easy access.The well presented villa is South facing and has the benifit of all day sun in the garden and on the pool. The bedrooms are good sized doubles with large storage, the kitchen is well laid with a fully fitted utility room off. The separate dining room lets on to the music room which lets on to an open naya with views over the pool and garden and to the sea. The large lounge has basic sky television. The garden has fig, lemon and nispero trees. The terrace has barbque and paella cooking facilities and on the lower terraces you can sit 12 people dining. There is parking for 3 cars and the outside shower has hot and cold water supply. The villa is located 5 minutes on foot from the beach at Baladrar, 5 minutes from the supermarket and a large number of bars and restaurants. Closest restaurant being just two minutes away. Its only 5 minutes by car to the centre of Moraira. The gardens are secure and the house which is on a flat plot is child friendly. As everything is on one level its also ideal for senior citizens.
The villa is fully lit at night and you can enjoy the balmy spanish evenings on the large terraces.
