There is also a fire in the living room and a portable heater should it be needed the Air conditioning also has heat facility.The upstairs terrace gets the sun all day there is also a new paitio area with barbeque which can be shaded should the sun get too hot. There is also a monitored alarm system fitted to the property.

Further Details:
If its horse riding you like there is a stables on the outskirts of Quesada. There is also a sports complex in the centre of Quesada.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of 25% for each week booked is payable when booking. This is non-returnable in the event of any cancellation. A security deposit of £150 to be sent along with deposit this will be returned after the rental period. The balance becomes due six weeks prior to the holiday period.

Changeover Day:
The change over day is flexable according to bookings. You will be met (or driven from airport by arrangement) and given the keys and will be shown how to use alarm Air conditioning etc.
