La Muralla: Perfect vacation apartment for rentals in Barcelona City Centre Spain.
A first floor apartment with a good sized living and dining area with a double sofa bed. This area can be closed from the rest of the apartment. Fully equipped separate kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. A separate bathroom with shower, WC and handbasin. Bedroom 1 contains a double bed and wardrobe and has an en-suite bathroom containing bathtub with shower, handbasin and bidet. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and a closet. Please note that there are two steps down to the living/dining area.
This is a very good standard apartment located on a pedestrian street in a quiet area in between the Borne and Gothic quarter, just 100m from the Paseo de Colon; there are shops and restaurants close by, and it is a short walk or bus ride to Barceloneta beaches and no more than 10 – 15 min walk to the famous Las Ramblas.
The building has been totally renovated in 2007.
There is also a communal roof terrace on top of the building where you can enjoy your morning coffee looking over the roof tops of the Barcelona city.
