Villa El Arbol is a well situated 3 bedroomed house on the outskirts of Torrevieja. It has a spacious front terrace and rooftop solarium. The communal pool is a one minute walk. Beaches and other amenities are close by.

The World Famous Resort Of La Manga Is 45 Mins Away. Several Other Interesting Cities Such As Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena, Elche And Orihuela Are Within Easy Reach. There Is A Waterpark Nearby. If You Like Markets There Is A Huge One In Torrevieja Every Friday, A Big One In Playa Flamenca Nearby Every Sat And Others Can Be Found Around The Area On Most Days Of The Week. There Is Also A Carrefour Hypermarket And Modern Shopping Centre Just 10-15 Mins Away.A Submarine Is Parked Up In The Harbour In Torrevieja And Can Be Visited Free Of Charge.

Further Details:
A whole variety of beaches are stretched out along the coast. There are several golf courses within a 15-20min drive. Boat trips are available from the harbour in Torrevieja.

Booking Notes:
Booking is done on a first come first served basis. A NON RETURNABLE 20% deposit is payable on booking to confirm. The remainder is payable 6 weeks before departure.

Changeover Day:
Change over days are flexible as are arrival and departure times. We do try to accommodate everyones requirements whenever possible. However in busy periods the house may have to be vacated around midday and may not be ready for occupation until late afternoon. There is no maid service but the house is thoroughly cleaned between lets and there will be someone available if there are any problems.
