Booking Notes:
A £100 deposit is required at time of booking and the balance to be paid at least 8 weeks prior to departure. If your booking is less than 8 weeks before departure then please send the total rental fees at the time of booking. If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the property to suitable applicants and keep the deposit if we are unsuccessful.

Changeover Day:
Our change over days are flexible. We prefer people to arrive after 4pm and vacate the property by 10 am on the day of departure. We try to be flexible where early and late flights exist, but at times we need to prepare the accomodation for incoming clients and therefore might not be able to adjust these times. We have an agent who lives nearby to answer any queries or sort out any problems you may have.
