Located on a private, pristine beach on the south end of Fort Myers Beach is our "Southern Comfort". Inside this accommodation, you will find a delightful expose of life on the beach.

Experience the warm ocean breezes...the scent of salt air... and sounds of the night waves crashing the shore below.

Relax and enjoy the climate controlled sparkling Gulf front pool, sunbathe on the beautiful patio, or read in the shade of garden palms. From the comfort of your lounge chair, watch the dolphins play in the ocean tides. Ahhh, this is true island living!

Inside, a wall of glass opens from the living room onto the screened lanai. We've included a patio table and chairs for your dining pleasure. An overhead fan provides relief for the sultry summer nights, as a spectrum of tropical sunsets splay across the ocean.

Our guests relish quiet mornings on the lanai, which also opens into the Master Bedroom featuring a King size memory foam bed.
The guest bedroom has THREE TWIN BEDS that are perfect when traveling with children! Each bedroom has a full private bath.
Each bedroom has new wall mounted flat screen TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has been totally updated...includes new cabinets and countertops, new lighting with overhead fan, and new appliances including FULL SIZE front load washer and dryer!

All linens are included, including beach towels.

THIS CONDO ACCOMMODATION IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN! We include a pack n play for sleeping infants and toddlers, and booster high chair with tray. There are sand toys as well.

FOR THE HEALTH & WELL-BEING OF GUESTS, THIS IS A STRICTLY ENFORCED SMOKE FREE ZONE.
