Villa Carolina is a newly constructed 3 bedrooms, 2-bathroom luxury villa accommodating 6 guests. The villa is detached and has its own private heated pool. Lava wall surrounds the villa for added privacy and child safety.

With stunning views all around, one can see the the sea and the bustling town of Puerto del Carmen from the front of the villa and the spectacular lava mountains from the rear and side.

Within 10 minutes walking distance are the restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the main "Biosfere" shopping centre in Puerto Del Carmen. The main Puerto del Carmen beach is a 15 minute walk from the villa.

This is an amazing villa, and you get what you pay for.

Booking Notes:
This is a family owned and run villa and holiday home. Bookings are made directly through ourselves, the owners. Please contact us for availability and we will send you a full information pack. A deposit is £150 is required to secure any booking. Complete payment is required 6 weeks before your holiday, except on last minute bookings. We will send you a set of keys prior to your departure. Our Villa manager Julie will contact you to ensure everything is to your expectations.

Changeover Day:
All bed linen and towels are included, even for the cot. All you will need to provide are beach towels. Cleaning and bed linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis on a Thursday. Towel change is twice weekly on a Monday and a Thursday. Julie our manager is available 24 hrs a day. Arrival times are after 1200 hrs departure is by 1000 hrs. Changeover day in on an thursday.
