The Garden Annex, although attached to the owners property, is a completely private cottage. There is an entrance hall leading to the kitchen and downstairs bathroom, and the large living/dining room which gives access to the south facing patio and garden. The bathroom has full sized bath with shower over and the kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. In the living room there is a TV with satellite freeview, and a dvd machine. DVDs are available, as are games and books. The patio has a barbeque, table and chairs and sun loungers.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one twin, a cot and high chair can be provided. There is an inter-connecting door, making it ideal for families with small children. However there are two staircases so there is access to each of the bedrooms separately.
