Surrounding Area: Nestling in the foothills of the Montana Roja on the outskirts of Playa Blanca, the villa is situated in a peaceful residential complex with magnificent views over to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos from the roof terrace. This is the perfect place to enjoy watching the sunset. The complex is pedestrianised, includes a children's playground, tennis court and the largest communal swimming pool I have seen. It is a 10 minute walk to local shops, restaurants & bars & the longest promenade in Europe. Car hire is recommended to explore the beauty of Lanzarote and to visit the beautiful beaches of Papagayo(reputed to be the best beaches in Europe) which are a 10 minute drive away. Taxis are also cheap & plentiful.

Changeover Day:
Thursday is normal changeover day. However, we can be flexible on changeover day in off peak times depending on adjacent bookings. Normal arrival time 2pm and departure time 10am but can be flexible depebding on adjacent bookings. Property Management Company with 24 hour emergency number will provide welcome pack and mid week linen change.
