Our Apartments are situated in the village of Cotobro on the Costa Tropical, worlds away from the package tourism of the Costa del Sol, but just an hour from Malaga The Apartments share the private pool, each with their own secluded south-facing terrace a short distance from the warm, blue Mediterranean.
Cotobro is a very quiet conservation area with its own sheltered beach. However, in less than five minutes you can be in Almunecar, a town that boasts an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. Stroll along the beautiful beachside Esplanade or visit the busy market.

Most water sports can be found nearby such as scuba diving, snorkelling, wind surfing, sailing or jet skiing. Golf is also very popular and there is a good choice of local golf courses.

There are many beautiful walks to enjoy, especially if you venture into the Alpujarras Mountains. Visit the famous Alhambra Palace at Granada or the historic cities of Seville and Cordoba, all within easy reach

All prices are per apartment not per person.Preferred changeover day is Saturday, especially in high season although flexible at other times. Please arrive after 16.00 and leave by 10.00NOTES ON PRICES: If the apartments are booked for 3 weeks or longer, price is by negotiation, depending on the season. Daily rates may be available out of season (not July/August)

Cotobro is situated between Almunecar and Marina del Este on the Costa Tropical. Almunecar is a thriving Spanish town protected by the Sierra Nevada mountains and only 5 minutes by car from the apartments. Here you will find many excellent restaurants, bars, Banks and shops.

Booking Notes:
To secure a booking we require a 50% deposit paid in sterling into our UK account, with the balance paid in Euros on arrival. Long winter lets are negotiable.

Changeover Day:
During the season (May - September) our changeover day is Saturday. Out of season we can be flexible.
