Booking Notes:
20 % deposit is required on reservation. One week before departure, a 50% refundable security deposit will be required, which will be refunded one week after the holiday, less any amounts payable for breakages or damage to the apartment. The balance of the holiday payment is also payable one week before departure together with the security deposit.

Changeover Day:
We try to be flexible with changeover days, and if we can fit your holiday in on your preferred dates we will. The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival, for stays over one week the beds and towels will be changed after 6 nights.
