Booking Notes:
In order to confirm a booking we need a non refundable deposit of 25% of the rental amount, plus a 200 euro refundable security damage deposit. Letter of confirmation will be forwarded outlining your booking details. Payment of the balance will be due seven days prior to arrival. Payment can be make by any major credit card, apart form American Express, or cheque. Reimbursement of security damage deposit will be made within two weeks subject to management inspection.

Changeover Day:
The change over day is flexible. Arrival time is from 4.00pm onwards and departure time is 10.00am. Maid service can be organised if booked in advance. Property management personnel are on hand if necessary.
