Booking Notes:
A 200GBP deposit secures the booking. 50% of the remaining balance is due 3 months before departure and the final 50% two months before. A returnable security deposit of ?200 is required 2 weeks before arrival. Payment may be made in either GBP or Euro. Prices are fully inclusive.

Changeover Day:
Change over day is Saturday. Sometimes out of season this can be varied. The house is cleaned before and after arrival and once a week during a stay of two weeks or more. Linen is changed weekly and is included in the rental. Swimming/beach towels are not.
