A completed booking form together with the deposit of £150/$200 per week is required to secure the reservation. The balance would be due two months prior to arrival. (We reserve the right to decline any group) A security deposit of £200/$300 is required to be paid in full with the final balance. This will be refunded in full within 4 weeks of departure unless damage is found (accidental or otherwise)during the villa inspection or there has been excessive/unreasonable use of water, electricity or telephone.In the unfortunate circumstances of cancellation the following charges will apply: More than 2 calander months prior to arrival - deposit forfeited.Less than 2 calancer months prior to arrival - total cost forfeited.Confirmation of cancellation must be in writing.NB - we strongly recommend that you have travel insurance which covers cancellations, curtailments, etc.

Arrival day - access is available anytime after 4.00pm.Departure day - required to be vacated by 11.00am.
