Prices iinclude water, electric and hairdryer. Laundry company delivers a change of bed linen for a 2 week stay.July and August a minimum of 2 week bookings only. A small holding deposit to hold the villa and 50% of the balance in january and the final 50% due 2 months prior to your holiday. A security deposit of £600 is require one week in advance.
