The fully equipped 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is on the first floor, on the side of one of three recently built frontline apartment blocks, three more are currently under construction. It has magnificent sea and mountain views.

Distance to Beach/Coast: There are several small and secluded beaches within easy walking distance and the main beach in Villajoyosa is approx 15 min walk away. This beach runs the length of Villajoyosa, is very clean and sandy, the water is clear and it is never crowded.

Shopping: There are a number of good supermarkets in Villajoyosa, with the 2 Mercadonas being our favourites with their underground car parks. There are also many smaller shops throughout the town that sell a whole range of products with a very Spanish flavour.

Further Details:
There are various Moors and Christians festivals in Villajoyosa throughout the year with the main event taking place during the last week in July. It is a whole week of fiesta culminating in the overnight battle on the beach when the Moors are repelled by the Christians. The Villajoyosa market on a Thursday morning should not be missed. Superb selection of fresh produce, clothing, shoes. There are also markets in each local town not forgetting the Rastro - flea market, on a Sunday morning. The local information office is a mine of useful information and is found near the Valor Chocolate Shop in the centre of town. Tours are available around the town and the 2 chocolate factories. The hills inland allow for many attractive walks with superb sea and mountain views.
