Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.Prices include cleaning and fresh linen on Saturday where more than 1 week is booked. An additional clean can be pre-booked, if required, at an additional cost of ?40 per clean. Gas water and electricity are included. A deposit of ?100 is required on booking, which is also held against damage or breakages. Full payment required 8 weeks before date of arrival.

Changeover Day:
Normally Saturday.Arrival from 2.00pm Depature by 10.00am. Other days and long weekends by arrangement.
