Made from 99% pure quartz, the sand is a soft, flour-like texture and is cool to the touch. At Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club you will enjoy our two spacious heated swimming pools. One is conveniently located in the courtyard area with easy access from all of the buildings and the other is on the beach, overlooking the azure blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We also feature a fitness center and four, on- property tennis courts: two clay tennis courts and two Lackold tennis courts. We offer tennis programs, lessons and summer camps through our association with "Total Tennis." Another popular characteristic is our beachside barbecue grill and picnic area - it doesn't get any better than cooking, eating and playing on the beach!

$300 deposit is required upon booking. 60 days prior to arrival, the balance of the rent is due. A 60 day cancellation notice applies. All good effort will be made to re-rent unit. If the unit re-rents then all of your security deposit minus $100 processing fee will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted.

Changeover Day:
Arrival time is 4:00pm. Departure time is 10:00am.
