Superior 4 bedroomed, 3.5 bathroom villa with pool and spa sleeps 10 maximum and gold package furnishings

The villa is a four bedroomed villa, with two king size ensuite master bedrooms which means no arguments when two families are sharing. Just a 10 minute drive from the Disney exits, and some evenings the Disney fireworks can be viewed from the private pool/spa area. The villa has two twin rooms, with a shared bathroom and the half bathroom means that there no need to walk through the house from the pool.

Prices:

Easter/Christmas	$1000 US per week
all other times variable from	$600 US per week
some deals on pool heating and tax
available at the less busy times of year

No Other Comments: The spare sleeping capacity is provided by a double sleeper in the Great Room. The two king size bedrooms are the same size to enable families to share without arguments
Bathrooms:	2 Bathrooms Ensuite 3 Full Bathrooms 1 Toilet Rooms Other Comments: The half bathroom is by the back door so that when you are using the pool you have a handy rest room so there is no need to walk through someone elses bedroom or the rest of the house.

Further Details:
The managing agents are on site so guests do not have to look for the keys off site, which is always a relief when it is your first time in the area. The estate is a family estate, but you are near enough to all the action on the 192 to dip in at leisure.

Booking Notes:
I have managing agents who deal with all the money aspects. I will agree the rates with my guests and confirm to the agents who will then deal with everything else via e mail

Changeover Day:
Any stays of less than 1 week will incur a cleaning fee of $85, but I am flexible about change over days and am happy to discuss the same. if cleaning is required during my guests stay then I will again, be more than happy to discuss this.
