There Are Sand Dunes All Along The Coast Line, In Lo Pogan Which Is 1 Mile Away The Minerals Are Used By Local People And Visitors To Help With Circulation And Rheumatism. Lo Pogan Has A Lovely Beachfront And Has A Perminate Fun Fare In The Summer Season. Water Sports Can Also Be Hired Here.Fortuna Has It's Natural Spring Pools 45 Minutes Drive And Well Worth A Visit, Temperatures Are A Constant 36c.For Go Karting And Water Parks And Lots Of Night Life (discos)can Be Found In Torrevieja, Which Is 20 Minute Drive.El Mojon Is A Quiet Spanish Area Good For Familys And Couples. Lots Of Room On The Beaches In High Season, Because They Are So Long There Is Room For Everyone.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of £100.00 per week is required to hold the booking. This is returned after your departure from the property, once it has been checked. Full payment is required 6 weeks before you go. Cancellation after the 6 weeks will incurr 50% loss of refund

Changeover Day:
In high season chage over day is normally Saturdays. Sometimes this can be flexable.Apartment is clean with linen and fresh towels provided(not beach towels)cleaning on your departure is payable locally 48.00 euros
