You can't get much closer to the beach than this beautiful, ground floor, 1050 sq.ft. condo. Being on the Corner we have NO NEIGHBORS on one side. It is quieter, more private and has incredible views of the beach from the front corner, master bedroom's large wall-to-wall windows in both walls. Our second bedroom has beautiful views of the ocean, the lush tropical grounds, and the pool.

There aren't many condos directly on the beach, where you can swim or snorkel right in front of them. And there aren't many condos where you can sit on the lanai and watch Humpback Whales leap out of the water, during their winter migration to Maalaea Bay. When you walk into my condo and see the view of the ocean from the living room, you will be delighted. When you go outside through the sliding glass door, to double-sized lanai, the spectacular 180-degree views, of Maui's entire south coast, will take your breath away. Every morning you can sit on the lanai and watch the sun come up over Haleakala. It is truly, an indescribable experience.

Other: Our complex is one of only three in Maalaea that is right on a sandy beach. The other seven are on a rocky reef with no beach and no swimming. Almost half the complexes have coin $$ operated laundry rooms (sit and wait for your clothes), and parking lots far from their condos, forcing you to carry your bags quite a distance. Two buildings are right next to the busy Maalaea Harbor, with its traffic, noise and boat fumes. And one complex doesn't have a swimming pool....The Kanai A Nalu is considered the best property in Maalaea. Free parking is provided just steps from my condo and with the convenience of being on the ground floor, you have no stairs, elevators or long walks to deal with. We have our own in-unit washer and dryer, saving you time and money. We have enchanting tropical grounds with colorful, fragrant flowers and lush green lawns, BBQ's, a pool-side eating area, a free-form pool (our pool is one of the few that is heated in winter), comfortable chaise lounges, and a convenient beachside shower so you can rinse off after your swim. Because our complex is located almost at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is very little traffic.
