Spacious well equipped holiday villa close to amenities and a short drive to gorgeous beaches. Peaceful location and just 1 Km from the popular Mahon (capital) and Es Castell (fishing village).

The rental detached holiday villa in Son Vilar, near Es Castell, Menorca, consists of three double bedrooms (one en-suite), Lounge / Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Patio, Private Swimming Pool, Large Terrace and Barbeque. The villa is tastefully furnished throughout and the kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron, washing machine, utensils, crockery and glasses, as well as all linen except beach towels. All bedrooms are air conditioned, both COOLING or HEATING, and sleeps two to seven.

On your arrival day there is a Welcome Pack containing: bread, butter, marmalade, milk, eggs, bacon, cheese, tea, coffee, fruit juice, lemonade, water, soap, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, red/white wine, and a carton of beer.

The property also has a Satellite TV (Free To Air), Playstation 2, CD & Cassette Player, short wave radio, and a DVD and VHS Player in the lounge.

The villa is REGISTERED and has passed the scrutiny of the Menorca tourist board.

The villa is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and on your subsequent departure.
Fresh linen and a villa clean is supplied weekly, and the pool is cleaned twice weely during your stay. If there are any villa or pool problems a quick phone call to my local manager will resolve it.
Many past tenants are regular visitors (60%!) - which speaks for itself.

YOU MUST FIRST REQUEST A BROCHURE AND PRICE LIST AND CHECK AVAILABILITY. Then if you wish to BOOK then fill in the Booking Form and return with your deposit of 50 GBP per person. Balance is due 12 weeks prior to departure. IF YOU NEED HELP WITH CAR HIRE my tenants receive an excellent discount with a local english speaking car hire company and can be pre booked so that you will be met with the car on your arrival at Mahon Airport. I DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS OVER THE INTERNET AFTER YOUR INITIAL ENQUIRY (you'll be pleased to hear!).

Changeover Day:
FRIDAY. (Other days may be possible out of the summer season).The villa is available AFTER 3pm on your arrival day and must be vacated BEFORE 10am on your departure day. The villa is cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival and there is an interim clean (kitchen and bathrooms and fresh linen) each week.
