Check availability for dates and check in/out times. May 01-Nov 30: $250/night or $1250/week; Dec 01-Dec 18 & Jan 09-Apr 30: $300/night or $1500/week; Dec 19-Jan 08: $500/night or $2500/week. Nightly rates are based on three-night minimum. Reservation deposit is 50% due within 10 days. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment by cashier's check, wire transfer, or money order. Personal checks accepted if cleared within 10 days. Cancellations prior to 60 days of arrival date receive 70% refund. Cancellations made 60 days or less are only 70% refundable if unit is re-rented. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Changeover Day:
Rates include one cleaning during each weekly stay and the cleaning upon departure. Administrator office is located just outside unit. (Ask for Victor.)
