Discounts available for multi-week rentals.The prices shown are for rental of ground and first floors ( 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, terrace), sleeping up to 8+ people. If additional 5th bedroom, and 3rd bathroom are requested (sleeping 10+ people) prices will change as follows:January through April: GBP 740 per week. May, June, September and October: GBP 970 per week. July, August: GBP 1150 per week.

Upon receipt of this check, we will immediately send a receipt for your payment, and a letter restating the terms of our agreement. The balance will be due one month before the date of arrival. All amounts are non-refundable.

Changeover Day:
The Villa is usually rented on a weekly basis, Saturday being the change over day. However, the change over day can be flexible. We offer discounts for multiple-week rentals. Maid service is avalaible for an extra fee.
