Our holiday cottage is situated on the river Rance about 15 kilometres south of St Malo in Brittany, North West France.
Between St Malo/Dinard (with beaches) and the medieval port of Dinan, La Moinerie is the pair of terraced fisherman's cottages in the centre of the photo - the ones with the pair of white dormer windows. It is situated at the end of a winding country lane and faces the beautiful River Rance.

Yes Other Comments: The entrance on the first floor leads into a carpeted dining room/kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, modern kitchen units and a calor gas cooker. There is a large pine dining table and chairs and a woodburning stove. This leads into a spacious sitting room. From the sitting room there is a staircase to the ground floor which has two bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. One room has twin beds and the bathroom has a w.c. and hip bath; the second room has a double bed - the bathroom has a w.c. and a conventional bath and also houses a small automatic washing machine. There is a shower fitment in both bathrooms. Staircases lead from the two first floor rooms up to two almost identical bedrooms, one with two single beds , one of which is a large cast iron one. The other bedroom has a regular sized double bed. Each of these bedrooms has its own w.c., washbasin and shower. There is electric central heating throughout. |

The Lovely Medieval Port Of Dinan Is Also Just Ten Minutes Drive Away: St Malo And Dinard (with Beaches) Are Twenty Minutes Away. The Ferry Port Of St Malo Has A Convenient Overnight Crossing From Portsmouth. There Is Absolutely No Danger Of Not Having Anything To Do In This Part Of Brittany - If You Are Prepared To Be In St. Malo By 8.00am You Can Even Have A Day In Jersey!
