Villa Baixamar is a beautiful, waterfront villa in a charming unspoilt fishing village, Es Grau which is approximately 10 minutes drive from Mahon. It has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a large sitting/dining room and a huge private roof terrace with panoramic views of the bay and village.

Mahon, The Capital Of Menorca, Is Only 10 Minutes Away By Car. It Is A Beautiful And Vibrant Small Town With Shops, Restaurants And Bars Along The Port And In The Town Centre. It Has A Delightful Covered Market, Museums And A Small Cathedral Which Plays Host To Classical Music Concerts And Recitals Throughout The Year. As Menorca Is A Small Island There Are Many Attractions To See Which Are All Relevatively Close (it Takes About An Hour To Cross From One Side Of The Island To The Other; Including The Beautiful Ancient Capital, Ciudadella; Monte Toro, With Its Monastery Situated On The Highest Point Of The Island; The Fishing Village Of Fornells And Many More Beautiful Small Towns, Villages And Beaches. Although A Car Is Not Necessary In Es Grau As The Beaches, Bars And Shops Are All Within Easy Walking Distance, It Is Recommended To Hire One In Order To Explore The Island.

Further Details:
Throughout the summer months from the end of June to the first week of September, a traditional Menrocan 'fiesta' takes place in one of the towns, almost every weekend. It is well worth going along to one of these to get a real taste of Menorcan culture.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of 50% of the booking fee is needed as a deposit. The remaining 50% is normally payable 6 weeks before departure. 50% of the deposit is refundable in the event of cancellation up to 6 weeks before departure.

Changeover Day:
Changeover is normally Monday but we can be flexible.
