Year round weekly rates $750 or Euro 615 or Pounds 440. 1 off cleaning charge $100 or Euro 85 or Pounds 60 to be paid with initial deposit. Deposits are 10% of Total Booking Value. Sterling/Euro/Dollar checques accepted. Pool heating if requested is 60 pounds or 85 euros or$100 per week in addition. Not normally required in summer months.
