This stone building dates from 1804 and is built on arched cellars, consisting of several buildings surrounding a central courtyard, the property was originally a self contained estate with its own vineyard. All the buildings are south facing, the property has a large private swimming pool with its own terrace, changing room/shower. During the past 4 years the buildings have been lovingly restored and renovated to modern standards but retaining its original character.

The Unspoilt Area Enjoys A Warm Climate With 300 Days Sunshine Each Year. Within 1 Hour Radius You Have Access To The Mediterranean Beaches, The Historic Town Of Uzes, (excellent Market On Saturdays), Nimes (Roman Amphitheatre), Avignon (Palace Of The Popes And Excellent Shopping), Montpellier With Its Beautiful Baroque Buildings And Elegant Parks. The Camargue, Pont Du Gard, The Gorges Of The Ardeche And Cevennes National Park Are All Within Easy Driving Distance. Further Details:
The newly completed large pool (12 metres x 7 metres) has its own covered terrace area, changing room, toilet and shower. The pool is surrounded by a large stone terrace where the guests can enjoy the sun in the comfortable sun loungers. There is table tennis and electronic darts available for the guests by the pool. The stable with its vaulted ceiling and under floor lighting is available to relax and read a book from our library with its solid oak bar ithe centre piece for our wine tastings, where we sample some of the excellent wines from the region that our wine company - The Languedoc Wine Company imports into the U.K. and Ireland. Due to the availability of 7 apartments we can accomodate large groups and different families who may wish to share their holiday together. Bicycles are available for exclusive use free of charge for our guests.

Booking Notes:
25% Deposit Required with booking (all major credit cards accepted), the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival plus 200 euros damage deposit

Changeover Day:
Saturday, (guests must leave their accomodation by 11 am, arrival time after 4pm unless by prior arrangement) all linen & towels will be provided. Linen & towels will be changed on a weekly basis.A cleaning service can be provided by prior request.
