Surrounding Area: Apartment Santa Ponsa: Set on a beautiful complex within easy reach of many of Mallorcas attractions. The apartment enjoys lovely views and the luxury of three swimming pools to choose from. Fully air-conditioned/heated duplex apartment, with high spec kitchen including dishwasher & microwave. Separate Utility room with washing machine. Luxurious lounge/dining room with an airy feel, which leads out to the downstairs terrace. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom, with en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobes. Main bedroom with double bed, lots of wardrobes and storage facilities and full en suite including power shower and an air bath, as well as a vanity unit with twin sinks and hair dryer. Leading out of the double bedroom there is an upstairs covered balcony and seating area overlooking the shared communal pool and golf course. Off of the downstairs terrace, there is a small garden area that is south facing, so you will enjoy sun in the garden all day. Within the complex, are two large individual swimming pools, and a full-size indoor swimming pool, with separate changing room facilities, and showers. There is also ample parking outside of the property or in an underground car park which will keep your car cool. The town of Santa Ponsa is 5 minutes in the car and offers you a long sandy beach and plenty of nightlife and restaurants to choose from, whilst still being able to enjoy the peace and quiet when you return to the apartment. There are also Water Parks for the children and a Marina nearby, plus a choice of Golf Courses.

The Caves Of Drach At Porto Cristo Are Well Worth A Visit. Porto Cristo Is Very Pretty And A Lovely Place To Have Lunch (approximately 1 1/2 Hours). Palma Has Plenty Of History And Places To View Plus Great Shopping! The Pirate Show In Santa Ponsa Is A Must For Children With Daily Shows. A Ten Minute Drive To Palma Nova Will Take You To A 36 Hole Crazy Golf Complex Fun For All The Family!
Mallorca is a good destination if you like exploring as you can drive from one end of the Island to the other within a couple of hours. There are lots of places to stop, unwind and enjoy the views and local delicacies on offer.
On confirmation of booking a 20% deposit is required, then the rest of the payment is payable 6 weeks prior to departure. However if there is 6 weeks or less until the departure date, full payment is required on booking.An additional Â£100 deposit is taken for loss of keys or any breakages, this is returned on completion of holiday, safe return of the keys and no breakages occuring.
Flexible - part weeks can be booked i.e. 10 days - payment for these days is pro rata. Normal departure time is 10.00am and arrival time 14.00pm.
