This is a privately owned luxury apartment which is used by its owners throughout the year and as such is furnished and maintained to the highest standard. There are three bedrooms which sleep up to 6 people in comfort and two bathrooms. The main living area is divided into a large lounge and dining area. There is a fully fitted open plan kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, a full oven and hob and a microwave oven. The apartment is air conditioned and there is full heating if needed. It has satellite TV, a CD player, and a radio. The apartment is located on the first floor(top) and has spectacular uninterrupted sea and mountain views, as well as looking over the main swimming pool which is situated in its own gardens. There is a second smaller pool on the complex in an enclosed courtyard. There are no vehicles allowed on the complex area so the location is very safe for children. The apartment has its own terrace with table and chairs and is the ideal location to sit on quiet evenings watching the sun set behind the mountains.Less

The Town Can Be Reached By A Four-lane Highway And Directly From The Airport By Train Or By Taxi.It Is A 5 Minute Drive From The Pueblo To The Beach And It Is 15 Minutes From Malaga, Also With A Multitude Of Attractions Including The Picasso Museum. Mijas Pueblo And Fuengirola Are Both 10 Minutes Drive Away. Marbella Is A 20 Minutes Drive And Gibraltar Is About An Hour Away. There Are A Number Special Coach Tours Available, Which Can Be Booked Locally To Take You To All The Area Of Interest.

Deposit is 100 pounds is required to secure the booking. Balance of payment must be made 8 weeks prior to arrival. A 100 pounds security deposit will also be required to cover breakages, key loss etc. This will be returned upon departure
