Balance is due 12 weeks prior to departure. IF YOU NEED HELP WITH CAR HIRE my tenants receive an excellent discount with a local english speaking car hire company and can be pre booked so that you will be met with the car on your arrival at Mahon Airport. I DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS OVER THE INTERNET AFTER YOUR INITIAL ENQUIRY (you'll be pleased to hear!).

Changeover Day:
FLEXIBLE CHANGEOVER DAY and Holiday Duration (7 days min). The villa is available AFTER 3pm on your arrival day and must be vacated BEFORE 10am on your departure day. The villa is cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival and there is an interim clean (kitchen and bathrooms and fresh linen) each week.
