Each cottage includes it's own 22' sailboat for the entire duration of the stay at no extra cost.+ A shared Rowing Dory, Canoes, Kayaks, Paddle Boats, Floaters, Snorkel/Fishing gear, as well as awesome sunsets and frequent manatee visits. We have 11 sailboats right now – two 22' O' Days, Eight 22' Catalina and 1 westerly 22' for bare boat charters. Fill in a few days before, after or during your stay To accommodate your vacation dates and our availability. Each of our places is so unique.
