Booking Notes:
The rates are per week for the apartment and include a Meet and Greet service, linen, towels (not beach towels, please bring your own), reasonable electricity/water usage and a final clean. Minimum rental period/charge 1 week during high season periods. An additional £200 is required as a security deposit against any damages/lost keys, refundable once the apartment has been checked over by our management team. We require a £150 or 20% (whichever is the greatest) deposit upon making a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. We can accept payment by PayPal. Discounts for stays of 3 weeks or more in low season, please enquire for a personalised quote.

We (family of four) spent two weeks at this penthouse in July 2014 and had a great holiday. Sharon and Darren, thank you for letting us use your penthouse. As other guests have commented the terrace is great, very large with sun all day. Inside the accommodation is spacious and furnished to a very high quality. There is pretty much everything you could want or need for your stay. Having rented many apartments and villas over the last few years, this is without doubt the best that we have stayed in! There are four pools on the complex and they are surprisingly quiet. We stayed during the school holidays and often there were only a handful of families around the pool so his was great and very relaxing ... No fighting for sunbeds! The penthouse is within walking distance of a couple of very nice restaurants, in particular El Gaucho. Having stayed near Calahonda several times, we didn't realise how many good quality restaurants there are in the resort. Devines was very good, very child friendly with reasonable prices.
Finally, the booking process from first enquiry to stay was a breeze! Sharon was extremely helpful with any questions we had. All in all a great place to stay and we are returning in 2015!
