The Master Bedroom has SOUTH FACING BALCONY WITH LAKE VIEWS, has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower enclosure, roman bath, his 'n hers closets and wash hand basins. A TV/DVD with cable, is also included. Shrek themed bedroom for children and cot, highchair, buggy, bowls, bibs and a selection of children's plates and bowls are provided. Cots, highchair, safety gates, stroller provided free of charge for infants.
The house boasts an oversized SOUTH FACING POOL, SPA and screened deck with overlooking a lake. The surrounding deck has luxurious patio seating for family entertaining and there is a large covered lanai with ceiling fan, providing shade from the all day Florida Sunshine. Child security alarms are fitted to sliding doors leading to pool area for parent’s peace of mind. A full pool screen is provided for added safety (fully removable). This premium plot has fencing either side of the pool area thus offering peace privacy and tranquillity whilst viewing the local wildlife and lake. Extra lighting around the pool for evening dips in the pool and spa. Pool and spa both have underwater lighting. An extended driveway provides off road parking for two vehicles.
It is advisable that the pool is heated between October and April, depending on temperature and this is available at an extra charge at time of booking. We welcome guests from all over the world, who regularly want to return to our beautiful home. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, the villa is strictly 'NO SMOKING' and 'NO PETS'.
